The nuforma studios run slightly differently to other places.  Our studio instructors are always here to correct and adjust you, make sure you get the most out of each session.

The Studio timetable is fully flexible. If you want to join a group class running at a specific time then pick a group class. If you want to chose a time to suit you and work through classes for your specific needs then pick on demand.

If you want to work one to one with an instructor then PT sessions are for you.

Getting results

Getting started is the hardest part then consistency is the key! The Nuforma was designed to make this easy for you. Comfortable and simple to use for any (adult) age, size and body type The Nuforma will work your body from head to toe like no other piece of exercise equipment. The all in one weights and springs bring all the incredible benefits of reformer pilates plus so many strength and body conditioning benefits as well.

Studio questions

How can I book?

The great thing about Nuforma Pilates is we have booking slots available every half hour. Simply book into your desired studio at a time that suits you, directly through our 'Nuforma Pilates' App.

How far in advance do I need to book?

All sessions need to be booked in advance, however as long as there is availability, you can book as little as 30 minutes before!

Can I cancel a session?

Of course, you can! All cancellations can be made within the 'Nuforma Pilates' App.

Is there Parking?

Our Beaconsfield & Windsor studios have free onsite parking. However, our London studios are all located within walking distance from tube stations, with on-street payable parking.

Are there changing rooms?

Yes, all of our studios have dry change facilities where you can get ready for your session.

What do I need to bring?

Come to your session in comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Make sure to bring some water with you to stay hydrated. And we advise grippy socks if you have them. Don’t worry these can be purchased in the studio.

How long is a session?

All bookings are 60 minutes, 50 minutes of that is movement.

What is the schedule?

You can find our studio opening times on individual studio pages. Our sessions run every half hour throughout the day.

Health, medical & safety questions

Can I do Nuforma Pilates in the first trimester of pregnancy?

Every pregnancy is different and we would always recommend you seek advice from your medical professional prior. However, the Nuforma® and the specialised pregnancy programmes are certainly safe and designed by experts, in line with current research.

Can I lose weight from Nuforma Pilates?

Whilst our main motivation is not solely weight loss, it is a factor in training with Nuforma Pilates. Our Nuforma® sessions can help you burn calories and build lean muscle mass, which can contribute to weight loss over time.

Is Nuforma Pilates good for a bad back?

The Nuforma® is incredibly good for a bad back in so many ways. The biggest cause of back pain is inactivity but when you are in pain the last thing you want to do is move. This is why the Nuforma® is designed to both support and challenge the body to provide an accessible way of exercising for everyone.
